For Osaka to Kyoto, if you make a reservation by 2:00 pm and drop off your luggage at our shop or your hotel's front desk, you can pick it up at the destination hotel after 7:00 pm on the same day.
For Kyoto to Osaka, if you make a reservation by 4:30 pm and drop off your luggage at your hotel's front desk, you can pick it up at the destination hotel or our shop after 11:00 am the next day.
