For Osaka to Wakayama or Shiga, if you make a reservation by 11:00 am and drop off your luggage at our shop or your hotel's front desk, you can pick it up at the destination hotel after 7:00 pm on the same day.
For Wakayama or Shiga to Osaka, if you make a reservation by 10:30 am and drop off your luggage at your hotel's front desk, you can pick it up at the destination hotel or our shop after 11:00 am the next day.
