大阪→京都の場合、当日午後2時までに予約をして店舗またはホテルのフロントに荷物を預けていただくと、同日午後7時には配達先のホテルにて荷物の引き取りが可能です。

京都→大阪の場合、当日午後4時半までに予約をしてホテルのフロントに荷物を預けていただくと、翌日午前11時には配達先のホテルまたは店舗にて荷物の引き取りが可能です。

For Osaka to Kyoto, if you make a reservation by 2:00 p.m. and drop off your luggage at our shop or your hotel's front desk, you can pick it up at the destination hotel after 7:00 p.m. on the same day.

For Kyoto to Osaka, if you make a reservation by 4:30 p.m. and drop off your luggage at your hotel's front desk, you can pick it up at the destination hotel or our shop after 11:00 a.m. the next day.
