大阪→和歌山・滋賀の場合、当日午前11時までに予約をして店舗またはホテルのフロントに荷物を預けていただくと、同日午後7時には配達先のホテルにて荷物の引き取りが可能です。​

 

和歌山・滋賀→大阪の場合、当日午前10時半までに予約をしてホテルのフロントに荷物を預けていただくと、翌日午前11時には配達先のホテルまたは店舗にて荷物の引き取りが可能です。

For Osaka to Wakayama or Shiga, if you make a reservation by 11:00 a.m. and drop off your luggage at our shop or your hotel's front desk, you can pick it up at the destination hotel after 7:00 p.m. on the same day.

For Wakayama or Shiga to Osaka, if you make a reservation by 10:30 a.m. and drop off your luggage at your hotel's front desk, you can pick it up at the destination hotel or our shop after 11:00 a.m. the next day.
