FAQ

Q1: Can I send luggage from or to a vacation rental (if there is no front desk)?
A: Yes, it is possible; however, the luggage must be handed over in person.
Please ensure that you are reachable at all times.
Q3: When is the reservation deadline?

A. For deliveries from Osaka: To Osaka & Kyoto areas: by 2:00 PM (same day)

To Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama & Shiga areas: by 11:00 AM (same day)

Q5: Are there any size restrictions for luggage?
A: The total of the three dimensions (width + height + depth) must not exceed 200 cm.
Q2: Is same-day delivery available?
A. Yes, it is available. Please make your reservation by the booking deadline.
Q4: Are there any weight restrictions for luggage?
A: The weight limit is up to 30 kg.
Q6: Are there any items that cannot be delivered?
A: Valuables, cash, live animals, high-value items, and perishable goods cannot be delivered.
